A Brand Ambassador acts as the “face” of Anytime Fitness. You are expected to be enthusiastic, professional, and reliable all the time. Your multiple responsibilities revolve around the promotion of the gym membership and personal training and will not be limited to implementing marketing campaigns, and occasionally representing the Club at outreach events. 

Head Personal Trainer (3)

Your role will primarily revolve around personal training, hiring, and training new personal trainers. You will also be responsible for teaching and evaluating your trainers’ performance. In doing so, you will provide feedback on your trainers’ professionalism, service, clients, and personal training skills as part of that continuous evaluation.

You will provide fitness guidance to help clients improve their physical condition. You are expected to create tailored fitness and wellness plans for individuals and groups. You will assign exercise routines based on clients’ physical needs and monitor their progress.

Additionally, he/she will drive IBA’s effort to attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce and encourage innovation, learning, and cross-functional collaboration. 

HR Supervisor - EE, ER

The Human Resources Supervisor for Employee and LaborRelations serve as mediators between employees and the employer. They represent management during the collective-bargaining process when contracts with employees are negotiated. They also represent the company at grievance hearings, required when a worker feels management has not fulfilled its end of an employment contract. 

HR Supervisor - Talent Acqusition

The HR Supervisor for Recruitment shall be responsible in implementing the Agency’s talent acquisition strategy.  He/she will assist the HR Head in sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and on-boarding a diverse and high-performing workforce who will contribute build an organizational culture that supports the advancement of our mission and strategic plans.  In his/her capacity, he/she shall recommend, plan, and implement staffing and talent strategy, internal communication processes, and culture-building practices to attract and retain talents.  Additionally, he/she will drive IBA’s effort to attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce and encourage innovation, learning and cross-functional collaboration. 

HR Supervisor - Compensation and Benefits

The Human Resources Supervisor for Timekeeping and Compensation & Benefits will be responsible in helping for overseeing, managing, and administering employees’ rewards, perks, and benefits. The role will be extremely important as you will be helping in developing programs that to improve performance, engagement, and satisfaction of the employees. 

Legal Secretary

  • Provide administrative and secretarial legal work to the Associate General Counsel. 
  • Monitor, coordinate and schedule the appointments and meetings of the Associate General Counsel and Legal Counsel(s) with shareholders, directors and other persons on assigned matters. 
  • Coordinate with paralegals in managing and maintaining the digital database of all corporate and legal documents. 
  • Archive all corporate and legal documents properly, and ensure immediate identification of storage location. 
  • Coordinate paralegals in monitoring contract implementation. 

Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate is responsible for providing assistance in the execution and legwork of the national marketing team. The candidate manages daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly.

HR Specialist, Compensation and Benefits

  • Ensures timely processing of attendance, leaves and other transactions of all employees by observing the timekeeping and payroll calendar 
  • Assists HR Associates with escalated and unresolve issues on timekeeping, compensation, and benefits 
  • Assists with payroll functions including time keeping processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing (final) checks

Accounts Payable Specialist

  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data 
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted 
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements 

Tax Team Lead

  • Ensures timely and accurate preparation, filing and payment of all government reportorial requirements and reviews the necessary supporting schedules and documents. 
  • Assess the company’s practice and recommends measures to reduce unnecessary tax payments and/or save on taxes. 
  • Maintains constant cooperation with all other departments to ensure that compliance is observed. 
  • Leads the preparation, reconciliation and documentation for government audits and assessments.
