HR Business Partner

JOB SUMMARY: 

As Human Resources Business Partner, he/she will enhance the organization by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Additionally, he/she will drive IBA’s effort to attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce and encourage innovation, learning, and cross-functional collaboration. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance. 
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR Department. 
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. 
  • Work closely with the management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention. 
  • Provide HR policy guidance. 
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning. 
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals. 
  • Evaluate training programs. 
  • Suggest new HR strategies. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist. 
  • Excellent people management skills. 
  • Analytical and goal oriented. 
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation. 
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any other related field. 
  • Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig (Hybrid Setup)
