HR Supervisor - EE, ER

JOB SUMMARY: 

The Human Resources Supervisor for Employee and LaborRelations serve as mediators between employees and the employer. They represent management during the collective-bargaining process when contracts with employees are negotiated. They also represent the company at grievance hearings, required when a worker feels management has not fulfilled its end of an employment contract. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Drafts NTEs and other correspondences pertaining to employee discipline, rewards, and recognition 
  • Follow throughs on the exchange of documents from Clubs and keeps record up to date avoiding lapses due to non-compliance to DOLE Inspection  
  • Helping to negotiate collective bargaining agreements 
  • Assisting with processing and resolving employee grievances 
  • Assisting HR Head in developing and implementing engagement programs and other employee relations work 
  • Establish, maintain, and monitor performance management programs to plan, monitor, develop, rate and reward employee performance and services that support formal and informal awards programs to provide employee incentives and recognition 
  • Applies the polices and procedures, as well as company’s guidelines pertaining to discipline, adverse actions, performance-based actions; represents management in dealings before third parties for grievances, disciplinary and adverse actions 
  • Assist the HR Head for every company’s event such as Christmas Party, Team Buildings, etc. 
  • Monitors employees from day 1 of employment up to his/her last day; prepares and processes clearance, quitclaim, and certification. 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 
  • Strong Negotiation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
