Ensures timely and accurate preparation, filing and payment of all government reportorial requirements and reviews the necessary supporting schedules and documents.
Assess the company’s practice and recommends measures to reduce unnecessary tax payments and/or save on taxes.
Maintains constant cooperation with all other departments to ensure that compliance is observed.
Leads the preparation, reconciliation and documentation for government audits and assessments.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 4 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with broad range of people, including the ability to write and present reports
Demonstrates a high level of analytical skill in preparation of the tax computation, reconciliation and analysis of tax practices
Updated knowledge in government legislation on taxation (BIR Rulings, issuances and court decision)
