HR Specialist, Compensation and Benefits

Overview:  The HR Specialist, Compensation and Benefits. TK shall support the HR Head in the discharge of their duties.  

Specific tasks:  

  • Ensures timely processing of attendance, leaves and other transactions of all employees by observing the timekeeping and payroll calendar 
  • Assists HR Associates with escalated and unresolve issues on timekeeping, compensation, and benefits 
  • Assists with payroll functions including time keeping processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing (final) checks 
  • Assist the HR Head in designing a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals 
  • Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications 
  • Assist in designing and developing compensations policies, and making sure it’s being implemented 
  • Process, verify, and maintain employee related documentation. Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations 
  • Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information 

Job Qualification: 

  • Graduate of BS in HRDM, Psychology, and other related courses. 
  • Preferably with work related experience. 
  • Customer service-oriented person.  
  • Can multi-task, detail oriented and highly organized. 
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
