Job Overview 

The Marketing Associate is responsible for providing assistance in the execution and legwork of the national marketing team. The candidate manages daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly. Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• In charge of facilitating the local roll-out and implementation of national marketing campaign ideas/materials in club-level 
• Resizing materials/layouts for corporate clubs 
• Responsible for In-club activity ideation aligned with national marketing’s plans 
• Responsible for Inter-department coordination and facilitation 
• In-charge of external party coordination and facilitation including but not limited to 3rd party suppliers and KOLs. 
• Monitoring campaigns 
• Generates reports on marketing metrics 
• Copywriting 

Job Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, or any related course 
• Detail-oriented 
• 1-2 years’ experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
• Fitness enthusiast 
• Project Management 
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills 
• Strong administrative skills 
• Skilled in photoshop or other multimedia design software 
• Good oral and written English skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
