Overview: The HR Associate, Compensation and Benefits. TK shall support the HR Head in the discharge of their duties.
Specific tasks:
Ensures timely processing of attendance, leaves and other transactions of all employees by observing the timekeeping and payroll calendar
Assists with payroll functions including time keeping processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing (final) checks
Assist the HR Head in designing a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company’s strategy and business goals
Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
Assist in designing and developing compensations policies, and making sure it’s being implemented
Process, verify, and maintain employee related documentation. Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations
Answer questions regarding examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information
Job Qualification:
Graduate of BS in HRDM, Psychology, and other related courses.
Preferably with work related experience.
Customer service-oriented person.
Can multi-task, detail oriented and highly organized.
