Job Summary: You will provide fitness guidance to help clients improve their physical condition. You are expected to create tailored fitness and wellness plans for individuals and groups. You will assign exercise routines based on clients’ physical needs and monitor their progress.
You will run and supervise various fitness and health programs. You will assess the physical and health conditions of clients, create appropriate exercise plans, and monitor their improvement. You will also explain applicable safety rules and regulations (e.g. use of equipment).
You are often the representative of the company that will have the most interaction with the members. You need to look neat and clean and should have stamina. You will spend majority of your time on your feet, and may have to lift heavy gym accessory. You must be respectable, responsible and a positive role model. You are expected to demonstrate a personal commitment to fitness and personal wellness. Ultimately, you will help our clients have fun and improve their health through exercise.
